Policies at Mango Tree
Shipping
We try very hard to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. During very
busy times, it may take slightly longer to ship your order. All orders
are shipped via the method of shipping you choose at checkout.
Currently, we use the U.S. Postal Service and UPS using the class of
service that you select.
USPS: United States Postal Service

First Class Mail - usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery once it is
mailed. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Priority
Mail - usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery once it is
mailed. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Express
Mail - Is next day delivery in most places but some places take 2
days. There is a delivery time guarantee from the U.S. Postal Service.
If you created an account when you checked out, you will receive a delivery
confirmation number that you can check. You can also check on the progress
of your order. If you did not create an account when you checked out, this
service is not available.
- UPS
Ground - Prompt, dependable, cost effective shipping taking 1-5
days for delivery once shipped. A tracking number is provided if you
create an account when you check out with us.
- UPS 2nd
Day Air -Delivery by the end of the second business day once
shipped. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit
time.

3 Day
Select - Delivery by the end of the third business day once
shipped. An ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery.
If you created an account when you checked out, you will receive a
UPS tracking number that you can check. You can also check on the
progress of your order. If you did not create an account when you
checked out, this service is not available.
Returns
We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not
pleased with something you have ordered from us, you can return it
within 30 days in like new condition and we will refund the cost of
the item or exchange the item. If you want to exchange the item,
you will also incur the cost of shipping to send the new item to
you.
To return an item, simply enclose a note explaining why you are
returning it and mail it back to us. We want to make the entire
process as hassle free as possible!
